Day 2 – A photo of something you ate today.

I am currently without a camera so here is a brief overview of what I’ve eaten today.

  • Rich and I ate a decadent breakast of bacon, scrambled eggs and toast.
  • Later on, my friends and I made sandwiches. I went for turkey ham, grated mature cheddar cheese, cucumber, lettuce, grainy mustard and light mayo.
  • After the gym I had lemon and sole goujons, sweet potato, courgette, lettuce and avocado.
  • For pudding I had a Mars milkshake and a banana with peanut butter.
